2018 NFL Draft Trade Rumors: Packers Looking to Move Up for ‘Top-Tier Talent’ | Bleacher Report

One day before the 2018 NFL draft begins at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, the Green Bay Packers could be looking to make a move up in the first round. 

On Wednesday, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported the Packers are “plotting” a possible trade up from the No. 14 pick with the hope of landing a “top-tier talent.”           

The Packers have traditionally been among the least-active teams in free agency and the draft. Rapoport noted their last deal to move up in the first round…
