Packers Have a Mixed History with the 30th Pick in the Draft

The Green Bay Packers own the 30^th overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. Four times in their history, the Packers have used the 30^th overall pick in the draft. Years ago, the 30^th overall pick was in the third round. In recent years, it’s late in the first.

Predictably, the results have been mixed. The Packers have drafted some good players at this spot, but they’ve also made some big mistakes including prematurely trading players away and playing some of them at the wrong position.
