The Milwaukee Bucks wasted little time in once again filling out their 15 guaranteed roster spots, with the Journal Sentinel confirming the team agreed to sign veteran point guard Cameron Payne to a one-year minimum deal. Payne was on the market after being waived by San Antonio on Sept. 11. He never played for the Spurs, but was part of a salary cap deal that saw the Suns trade him and cash for draft picks.
