Packers’ Geronimo Allison has ‘pretty big injury’; Kevin King likely to miss game

GREEN BAY, Wis. — Wide receiver Geronimo Allison likely will need surgery, and cornerback Kevin King isn’t likely to play at least this Sunday against the Miami Dolphins.
