Wisconsin offers 2023 three-star DT Jamel Howard Jr.

Earlier today, Paul Chryst and his coaching staff offered 2023 three-star defensive tackle Jamel Howard out of Chicago, Illinois.

Per 247sports, Howard is the the No. 94 DL in the country, and the No. 21 player in the state of Illinois.

The 6-foot-3, 320-pound defensive lineman projects best as a 3-4 nose tackle at the next level. You can watch his junior season highlights here.
