XFL, NFL signing tracker: Hakeem Butler, Ben DiNucci, more

The newly re-imagined XFL under a new ownership group, headed up by Dany Garcia, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and RedBird Capital Partners, concluded its 2023 season on May 13.
