Purdue basketball survives Wisconsin, is outright Big Ten champs

MADISON, Wisconsin − A win is a win and with the way Purdue’s last few weeks have gone, the Boilermakers will take Thursday’s 63-61 victory at Wisconsin.

It wasn’t pretty.

At times, ugly might’ve been too generous.

The turnover woes that Purdue had seemingly done better with kept the Boilermakers from getting into any offensive rhythm in the first half and the heinous 3-point shooting is becoming a mainstay in box scores.
